Internet as an element of socio-cultural dynamics

The article considers the issues of socio-cultural dynamics of the Internet. The view on the studied phenomenon as a structural element of spiritual culture. From the positions of the needs demonstrated the role of the Internet and the substitution of active and active knowledge of the rationalization of the personality of the user.
